Step 1: Pre-Installation Planning & Selection
Before deployment, it is critical to calculate the required buoyancy. Our engineering team can assist you in determining the correct size, quantity, and spacing of floaters based on your pipeline's diameter, weight (empty and full), and the specific environmental conditions of the site.
Step 2: Attachment to the Pipeline
Our floaters typically feature a robust, two-part clamshell design that hinges open. They are secured around the pipeline using high-tensile steel bands, bolts, or marine-grade ropes passed through integrated lugs. Ensure all fasteners are tightened to the specified torque to prevent slippage.
Step 3: Deployment and Positioning
